Wish I could make an appointment for ENT and audiology at same time one after the other as all I need is the hearing aid tube renewed in stead of having to come back each time from Sandown.

All the staff were kind and courteous - even in the middle of the night - ans were most pleasant to be with. I have severe food intolerance and Rose did her utmost to ensure that I would be fed without it causing me problems. Five star service all round.

Excellent staff, very clean, all the care given to me was at a very high standard by all involved. The only improvement would be flow of information regarding my treatment. Sometimes I was not sure what the hold ups were for. Having said this I understand the high strains on the departments and overall was very good.
